Everything was perfect. Very beautifully designed Feels immediately the vacai mood . Everything is very clean , well designed & comfortable. a luxury oasis in Bacalar city center

the personalized attention of the owner and the other staff was exquisite. a real Hotel Boutique in the city center of Bacalar was already a luxury. even we went there in rainy days, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the useful advices of Juan everyday. it was our first experience in a hotel boutique and this really goes beyond our expectations! the staff can arrange day excursions and almost everything u asked, even a hairdresser i needed for a wedding. we are really grateful to them

Blue Palm is fantastic: built with a robust philosophy of welcoming guests who look for a quiet, tastefully made oasis - the intimacy of the rooms and pool spots (every couple of sun-beds are divided by a batch of flowers and greenery), great generous breakfast. Also, lovely staff attentive to all your needs and a great location (Bacalar is fairly small but long!). The reception is both a reception and concierge 24/7. We met Juan, the owner, on our first night and got some great recommendations for best spots and activities and had the pleasure of a great conversation about Mexico. Rating fully deserved.

Excellent stay near centre of Bacalar & Lagoon ????

Wonderful stay at Blue Palm Bacalar. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and always quick to help with anything needed. The room is spacious and has a very comfortable bed and pillows. A/C works very well for the hot days. Everything is so well maintained and clean in the hotel Breakfast every morning was lovely and something we looked forward to. The location is excellent and close to many great restaurants and bars. Overall, for the price we paid it was great value, couldn’t recommend it enough! ????

We spent 3 night there and what can we say except that everything is perfect. Very friendly manager of the hotel, who gave us great suggestions. The breakfast is very good. The waiters are very pleasant and particularly the person in charge of breakfast whom we unfortunately were not able to thank before leaving. Thank you for this stay.

Luxury at a great price!

You get exactly what you expect with this property, from the pics to the Instagram it’s exactly the same. Spotless and incredibly comfortable. I love how the pool area is planted so you get privacy. The location is great, two blocks back from the lake and a few blocks into the main town. The owner, Juan, is a delight, as are his staff. After three weeks in Mexico this stood out as my favourite accommodation. Highly recommend

Nothing not to like. A kettle in the room would be a welcome addition. (I’m British - always after a cuppa tea!) Also… the smoking area (outside of the hotel) is not the best position. It would be really nice to have somewhere a bit more comfortable to sit that is not on the street and blowing smoke into the restaurant. Just a thought.

We loved our stay and highly recommend

The attention to detail is exceptional at this hotel. From the arrival to check out we loved every minute. My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend it. We did the sail boat tour which was a great way to see the lagoon. The owners were super helpful and made sure we had an exciting day of activities set out for us. We loved the breakfast and of course our room too. The hotel is right in town so it’s easy to walk to restaurants or walk to the lagoon in minutes. Just an exceptional experience overall.

Wonderful stay in Bacalar!

Beautiful rooms, beautiful pool. I loved all the plants and the great hammocks! Everything is beautifully designed! We got a warm welcome at the reception and the hotel owner is very kind and gives you a lot of information. A big plus are the bikes you can use for free to bike around Bacalar. And the breakfast was delicious! Honestly, everything was perfect. Favourite stay during our travels in Mexico!

Lovely hotel. The staff were exceptional, clear guide on the area and what they offer. Complimentary push bikes. Lovely pool area. Restaurant was very good for lunch and dinner and only 5 mins from main square. Owner spoke to us every morning.
